You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is a customer error, the customer will pay freight for the return of the product. If it is an exchange of a product of the same value (customer ordered wrong size or product), customer will pay for freight for the return of the product. Customer will not receive a refund, and will not need to place a new order on our site for the exchange. IF THE VALUE OF THE PURCHASE MEETS OR EXCEEDS OUR FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD, THE SHIPMENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER IS AT NO CHARGE.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world including PO addresses.
